Re-enrollment begins January of each year for returning students. An enrollment fee is required at the time a new student is accepted. This fee assessed annually is used for the general operating expenses of the school. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No student will be able to re-enroll until any outstanding balance has been paid.

The Tuition and fee schedules will be established annually and will be communicated in January for the upcoming school ear. Parents are expected to be diligent in meeting their financial obligations to the school Students may be refused admittance to the learning center if tuition is more than 21 days delinquent. Families who have not meet all current financial obligations by the last day of the semester will not receive report cards, transcripts, or a diploma(in case of graduating students) until all obligations are paid in full.

If full annual tuition is paid in full by August 1st, 5% discount will be applied. Tuition payments must be made no later than the 3rd of each month for the monthly payment plan. Penalties for late payments and bounced checks will be charged separately. 

Graduating students must have tuition and all other school debts (including library fees, PACEs, other text books, lunches, outstanding tuition, graduation gees, etc.) paid in Full in order to participate in their respective graduation ceremonies. 

Parents/guardian withdrawing their child form school must submit a notice 30 day in advance to the office and will be held financially responsible for those 30 days. there are no refunds for tuition at any time during the school tear for families paying on month-to-month basis. There are no refunds when the withdrawing date has passed two third of semester. there is 30% refund allotted if the student is withdrawn before two thirds of semester is over. Students leaving GCS with an outstanding balance (including library fees, PACEs, other text books, lunches, outstanding tuition, graduation gees, etc.) will not receive a copy of their school transcript when transgerring to another school until balance is paid in full.

Students, who are expelled for any reason, anytime during the school year, and who have paid the whole tear tuition in advance, are only eligible to receive 30% of the remaining balance paid to school.

EXTENDED CARE PROGRAM / ARC       $200 per month

GCS offer an enriching after-school program called ARC ( Academic Recreational Center) until 6:00pm.

*ARC facilitates structured, age-appropriate activities to realize students' full potentials. 


There are no deductions from tuition for holidays or an other days school is not in session.
